Using Top Reel Estate

By using topreelestate.com, you agree to these terms. Top Reel Estate is a platform where agents and listers post video and photo walkthroughs of homes, and buyers and renters browse them and reach out to the poster directly. We don't own, sell, rent, or manage any property listed here. We're the platform connecting the two sides.

Accounts

You must be 18 or older to create an agent or lister account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Buyers don't need an account to browse.

Posting a listing

If you post a listing, you're confirming that you have the right to list that property, whether as a licensed agent, the owner, or someone authorized to rent it out, and that the information you provide (price, details, photos, video) is accurate.

A "Verified Agent" badge reflects a manual review by our team, not a legal guarantee. Buyers should still independently verify anything important before proceeding with a transaction. Listers are not part of our verification process.

We may remove a listing or pause an account at our discretion, for example if content is inaccurate, irrelevant, or violates these terms.

Fair housing

Top Reel Estate requires every listing to comply with federal and California fair housing law. Listings, descriptions, photos, and any communication with buyers may not discriminate against, express a preference against, or discourage anyone based on race, color, religion, sex, familial status, national origin, disability, source of income, sexual orientation, gender identity, ancestry, marital status, or immigration status, or any other legally protected class.

This applies to how a property is described, not just who it's ultimately rented or sold to. We may remove a listing or suspend an account that violates this policy, and you're solely responsible for any listing content you post.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and listing details you upload. By posting them, you grant us the right to host, display, and stream that content on the platform so buyers can view it.

Prohibited conduct

Don't use Top Reel Estate to:

• Post fraudulent, misleading, or discriminatory listings
• Impersonate someone else or misrepresent your right to list a property
• Harass, spam, or scrape data from the site
• Attempt to bypass security features or access accounts that aren't yours

No guarantee of accuracy

Listing details come from agents and listers, not us. We don't independently verify every listing, and we're not responsible for inaccuracies. Always confirm details directly with the poster before making a decision.

Copyright

If you believe a photo, video, or other content on Top Reel Estate infringes your copyright, email info@topreelestate.com with a description of the work, its location on the site, and your contact information, and we'll investigate and remove infringing content when appropriate. Accounts that repeatedly post infringing content may be suspended or removed.

Limitation of liability

Top Reel Estate is provided "as is." We're not liable for any transaction, interaction, or agreement made between a buyer and an agent or lister, or for any losses arising from your use of the platform.

Indemnification

If a claim arises from content you posted or from your violation of these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs, including legal fees, in defending against it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Top Reel Estate will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. We'll update the date at the top when we do.
