Safety

Video walkthroughs help you decide before you tour. A few basics for when you do.

Verify who you're meeting

A "Verified Agent" badge means our team manually reviewed that account, but it's not a substitute for your own judgment. Check the poster's name, and for agents, their brokerage. Listers are not part of our verification process.

Tour during the day when you can

If you're arranging an in-person tour, daylight hours in a well-lit, populated area are safer by default.

Bring someone, or let someone know

Bring a friend or family member to a tour if you can, or at minimum tell someone where you're going and when you expect to be back.

Never share payment or financial info through the app

Top Reel Estate never asks for deposits, application fees, or payment details through the platform. If anyone asks you to pay or wire money before you've toured a place in person and confirmed it's legitimate, treat that as a red flag.

Trust your instincts

If something feels off about a listing or the person you're talking to, it's always okay to walk away or stop responding.

If you come across a listing or interaction that seems fraudulent or unsafe, let us know at info@topreelestate.com and we'll look into it.
